Bengaluru: Sobha Limited, India’s premium real estate developer, has won two prestigious awards at the recently-held Realty Plus Conclave & Excellence Awards 2015 for the South region.
One of Sobha’s landmark projects, Sobha Lifestyle Legacy in Bengaluru has won the ‘Villa Project of the Year’ award while the marketing campaign of Sobha Arena in Bengaluru has been adjudged the ‘Innovative Marketing Concept of the Year’.
