Bhopal: CREDAI Bhopal organised a four-day long property expo "CREDAI GRIHA PRABESHAM - 2015" from 9th October to 12th October here at Vitthal Market Dussehara Maidan, with an aim to promote Bhopal as a city of comfort living destination, at a time when the real estate sector is witnessing sluggish demand across the Country.
The expo was inaugurated by Mayor Bhopal, Shri Alok Sharma. Plots, Duplex, Row House Bungalow, Flats and commercial properties were show cased at the expo.
“This is the fourth edition of the property expo where about 44 builders (who are CREDAI members only) showcase around 200 projects, out of which around half of the projects cater to ‘Affordable Housing’ category, in a range of Rs 15 – Rs 30 lakhs,” Pranav Pradhan, Joint Secretary – CREDAI Bhopal divulged to Gharabari.com.
“Bhopal as a city boasts of natural beauty that offers housing at very economical prices. It is the right time to buy property as the prices are at a low,”
Over 10,000 footfalls were witnessed this time, according to Shri Pradhan.
CREDAI President Wasiq Hussain, Vice-President Nitin Agarwal, Secretary Manoj Mic along with other dignitaries were present on the inaugural event.
