6th edition of Credai Nagpur Property Expo concludes

Nagpur : The Nagpur chapter of Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India [CREDAI]  has organized the sixth edition of its four-day long property expo where over 4000 home aspirants thronged the expo at Rani Kothi, Civil Lines from 15th to 18th Oct 2015.


The expo has been successful with above 10,000 footfalls in four days and more than one thousand five hundred footfalls in the last day of the event, sources confirmed.

Maharashtra CM DevendraJi Fadnavis graced the event along with Guardian Minister Chandrashekharji Bawankule and Mayor Pravin Datke. The CM visited the stalls and appreciated the participation of CREDAI in Urban Development.

Sharing his views on the success of the exhibition, Prashant Sarode, President CREDAI Nagpur Metro said,” with the success of the exhibition it is now confirmed that there is a huge demand in the property market and buyers along with investors are looking for the best available properties with the world-class amenities. And developers of the city are capable of providing them their dream houses.

Visitors have also shared that Expo has stalls from a wide range of developers, offer various amenities that a buyer is looking for and also that it is exhibiting properties from all corners of the city which is an advantage for the buyers.  

Anil Nair, Secretary CREDAI Nagpur Metro shared that the impressive response received at the Property Expo in these 4 days is a testament that buyers confidence in the property market has returned amidst improving economic conditions.

Financial Institutions [FIs] like SBI, HDFC, ICICI, PNB, BOM, Allahabad Bank, Sundaram Finance and others had participated in the Expo to offer home loans at their best rates.

The event concluded with a prize distribution ceremony. The first place in the Best Decorated Pavilion went to LUXORA INFRASTRUCTURE PVT LTD.; the second was bagged by PUSHKAR HOMES and the 3rd by PIONEER GROUP. In Best Marketing Content the winners were PUSHKAR HOMES, LEVERAGE GROUP & HARMONY HOMES. Whereas in Stalls first place went to TEJOMAY VENTURES LLP, second to NOVELLUS INFRASTRUCTURE & third place bagged by SHEKHAR CONSTRUCTIONS.
